Poor shoddy workmanship
E.G. Carter were appointed by my Insures to undertake flood damage. They turned out to be the builder from Hell. Their quality of work is appalling, twelve months on I am still waiting for them to complete the repairs, let alone correct their shoddy workmanship. A lack of care, pride and professionalism as well as contempt for its customers in endemic throughout the business. I have complained to the highest person and still nothing gets done. Employ this builder at your peril. Only that I have to give them a rating have they got one from me, My preference would be to give them a zero.
