AVOID!!!
Please avoid this builder, he put in non fire reguation windows in to our new extension, tried to over charge us for a quoted kitchen fitting, didn't put supporting beams in our extension roof. Bodged a drain that was not passed by building regulations and walked off site before completion when we queried a bill. Not to mention dangerously fitting our kitchen with the wrong screws so they were close to coming away from the wall!
