Diabolical pre-customer contact
This is one of the worst experience'd I have EVER witnessed when trying to obtain a quote for a job, and help support local trades! I was promised visits to the home that never happened, returned chase up calls weren't followed up, messages and emails ignored!. Professional - ?? Cannot pass comment on work but uou'll be lucky if you manage to speak to someone, never mind obtain a quotation!!

Great Roofer!
Thank you East Cleveland Roofing, the work done to my home was successful and was finished to a high standard. Your customer service skills were excellent and the price for the job was very professional and cheap. I would reccommend this roofer to anyone who needs roof work and would say that the business is professional, polite and quick!
