​​ We took over the Holiday cottage in May 2017 and Easyclean worked for the management company who were going to be working with us as Local Support. They made a decision after 3 weeks to drop the management contract. This left us in a bit of a predicament, we found out that EasyClean were still going to be doing cleaning at some of the other cottages. We approached them and asked for them to work for us direct as well as acting as a Local Contact in cases of emergency for our guests. Easy Clean’s strengths is their ability to keep problems to an absolute minimum and act quickly to resolve any problems that do come up. In our experience, EasyClean is always determined to meet or exceed our high expectations. At this point, we are enjoying an almost “worry-free” relationship, one that is producing for us the high standard of cleaning services and changeover duties we wish to give to our guests.
