DO NOT USE EASY KLEEN ABERDEEN

Total cowboy. Do not use. Me and my partner had to vacate our rented flat as our lease was ending, so we thought as we were both busy working, we would pay for a cleaning company to come in and do it for us. Contacted Easy Kleen and explained I needed the flat cleaned and the reasons for this, he also said that he knew all about the 'standards' letting agents had and therefore I understood that ALL cleaning of ALL the flat would be done. This was not the case. Firstly he did not appear at the arranged time of 2pm, eventually turned up nearer 5pm due to a 'busy day'. 3 1/2 hours later, I returned to the flat and at first glance all looked ok, all laminate flooring still wet, he quickly said he had to go so my partner paid him and Robert left. I then looked over the flat more thoroughly and all of the following had NOT been done: Main front door (floor area), Main bathroom (hadnt even been touched), shelves, kitchen floor, oven, microwave, more shelves, didnt move furniture out to clean all areas, dusty skirting boards, en suite toilet and shower, fridge. I repeat, ALL of these areas had NOT been done. I dont have a clue what he was doing for 3 and a half hours. I called him straight away, answered eventually and I explained what hadnt been done and he dismissed it completely and disagreed with me, also admitting that he didnt do certain areas because he didnt think he had to. He said IF he has time tomorrow then he MIGHT come back, to which I replied that doesnt sound promising and he then agreed no it doesnt! Stay well clear of Easy Kleen, they weren;t good and certainly not helpful or understanding afterwards with a complaint. Total rooky.
