Don't know where to begin...

Despite their website quoting "We provide a one on one service which will take as long as you need. No Rush!! And at no extra charge" I was charged £15 for gait analysis which most stores now offer for free. I was subsequently offered the charge as credit "against (your) first purchase" this offer was later retracted in what ended in a full-on argument with the stores Manager/Owner. I felt rushed through analysis stage: the original (poor) advice was to buy overly corrective trainers. Prices are highly uncompetitive (£80 Vs. £55 elsewhere). Prices are not transparent as there are no prices displayed against the shoes- I was just informed that all their trainers were between £80 and £90. As a keen member of the Bristol running community I've left feeling wholly disgruntled hence the poor review. My advice, steer clear and visit Moti Bristol. In the mean time I'll be following my visit up with a formal complaint to the relevant authorities in relation to the £15 which was taken from me in nothing short of misleading circumstances.
