I bought a cooker from this company through EBay. I booked the fitting to be done by Currys as they are a reputable company who employ fully trained professionals to deal with the fitting of these items. When the electrician tested it prior to fitting he found that it failed the insulation test at a reading of 0.114.This would have made the cooker live if it had been fitted .At the very least it would have caused serious injury to whomever came in contact with it. This company is now refusing to refund my money and has shown absolutely no remorse for selling me a potentially life threatening product.He has lied to me from start to finish. Please if you value good service with honest,trustworthy people then walk away from this company and don't hand over any of your money to them
