Ater sales problems
Having been embroiled in a court case with this company over a simple customer service issue I could not honestly reccommend them to anyone. The mark of a good service provider is one who, when problems arise do their best to resolve them with speed and sensitivity. In our experience with Eclipse the reverse is true. That we had to resort to court action is a mark of their failure in this area. In the judgement the court found them wanting in the area of customer relations. We now await their settlement cheque. When purchasing a kitchen or bedroom for many thousands of pounds of hard earned cash there are lots of firms wanting your business. Think carefully before you make a contract with this company as if there are problems they may become insurmountable without court action As we know to our cost this can take the shine off a new purchase, not to mention being extremely upsetting and time consuming.
