I wasn't sure which Steiff bear I wanted but when I spoke to Eddie (yes, that really is his name) at Eddies Teddies.co.uk he couldn't have been more helpful. He explained the different coloured tags Steiff use for different types of bear and helped me make the right choice. He wasn't in the least pushy, and the bear I ordered arrived 2 days later.
