Never again
I got my hair cut by the manageress of the salon. I should have perhaps known better by the fact I was kept waiting 5 mins whilst she finished her conversation with the nail technician despite me being the only customer in the shop. I asked for 3 inches to be taken off the overall length and for a few layers. What I got was 6 inches off and layers which are uneven and stick out. That was probably because throughout the entire 7 minutes it took her to commit this beauty sabotage, she continued her conversation. Avoid at all costs...
