All devices are individually tracked throughout the repair process and returned via a next business day courier service. Collections via our couriers can also be arranged. A selection of on-site & 'while-you-wait' repairs are available within our region for those with urgent requirements.

Our repair services can be tailored to fit each businesses specific requirements and we are happy to discuss credit facilities and bespoke service contracts to ensure all your devices are kept in full working order.

Our range of EPoS & Warehousing services covers barcode terminals and scanners, point-of-sale systems, PDA's and thermal label/receipt printers. Should you be in need of a replacement unit for the duration of the repair then this can be arranged via our Advance Exchange service. We can have a replacement unit dispatched to you on a next working day basis and upon arrival you may package up your damaged unit and send it in to our technicians.
