Upon every tender that we receive from Edinburgh Roofing, we also receive a very professional pack containing; Risk Assessments, Method Statements, relevant insurance documentation and all other relevant documentation that may apply to the work being tendered for. We feel that they always comply with site rules and they are not a company that we have to supervise any more due to their ability to follow rules and regulations. Whenever they carry out work for us we always ask that they notify us of any potential areas that may require attention, something that they constantly do and have saved us large amounts of money on additional access costs as we have had the work carried out at the same time. If we ever have any issues with completed works then the contracts manager meets us on site immediately and we discuss issues which, are then rectified immediately, although I must admit that we rarely have them re-visit a completed contract."
