Unprofessional liars don't waist your money

Very friendly however; requested DARK brown with large blonde streaks randomly through out my hair I got light brown copper (red tones) with blonde high light randomly through out😵, when the hair dresser Courtney was done she ask me if I'd be coming back and I said to get my hair dyed dark brown and my blonde redone I was very complimentary despite this huge mistake colour disaster there's no need to be a bitch they can fix it (right?). WRONG..... I came back the next day spoke to the manager who book me in for the following Thursday. When I arrived for my appointment it had been change for a weeks time after repeating myself for the third time with Courtney what I wanted done I ask how much they were planning to charge me for correction???????? (A respectable salon is quick to fix to keep there client coming back they take full responsibility no questions asked) She got the manager who said it would cost 45 just to cover their product cost 🔚 the manager told me that I was not very good at explaining hence why I have copper red light brown hideous hair Courtney then stuck her knife in saying my hair had faded hence the copper and red impossible since it was done last week (I came in the day after I had it done to rebook to have it corrected) avoid this salon like the plague they told me because I was a new customer I got a discount and it would normally cost 140 and 45 was a great price to pay to have it fixed after all your terrible and explaining..... DARK BROWN HAIR BLONDE LARGE STREAKS RANDOMLY THOUGH OUT It's really not complicated very happy smilie people when ur lining there pockets when they mess up one hands out waiting for more money while the others pointing the finger at you of course I did this to my hair silly me. No customer value I'm guessing there business thrives off new customer rather than keep them so disappointed anyone recommend a descent hairdresser
