Outstanding! I ordered my shoes online and just couldn't decide on a style, I was backwards and forwards sending items back, but the returns department were so quick sending out my exchanges. Hazel and Diane from customer service were fantastic with their advice and Carole in the returns section was so accomodating. What a smooth transition, I wish every internet store was like this. I wish I lived closer to come and visit. Now I eventually have my dream wedding shoes. My mum had hers dyed here and they are an amazing colour match. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this efficient and helpful company.

Lovely product, excellent service!
I bought a pair of shoes to go with my bridesmaid dress from Elegant Steps, and they have also just dyed them for me. I am absolutely thrilled with both the shoes, the customer service and the dyeing service - my shoes are a perfect match for my dress, and it was all done with brilliant efficiency and great customer service. I highly recommend Elegant Steps!
