Shocking Company
I ordered a Hurricane lamp and some smaller items for a wedding centre piece. I then liked the product )despite the fact they turned up late and in November ordered a large amount of 8 Hurricane Lamps and other items totalling £265. It is now the end of January and they still haven't arrived. After 5 emails I had a reply stating they would look into it and come straight back to me. After a further 2 emails I have heard nothing, get out of office replies from there own Customer Service email and no one answers the phone. I don't believe this company is genuine, do not use them under any circumstance. I am trying to get my money back but don't hold much hope!

No goods no refund
We have placed order. Only half was delivered. After two weeks of emailing we were told that it is out of stock and that refund will be issued. Three weeks on and still waiting for refund. Have sent several emails to find out what is holding it back but no answer what so ever. Don't bother with the telephone number it never gets answered.
