Avoid at all costs
Dying, browning roses, which on contacting Elizabeth , is the way they are meant to be. I had hoped for some acknowledgment not a patronising response and insistence that I drop all I am doing and take the flowers and put onto the doorstep probably to send to the next poor sucker who hopes to make someone's birthday special and ends up having to deal with sub standard flowers and the rudest woman ever !
