I've been a returning customer for the past year or so, does a good job but is very rude. Every time i visit she always has rude things to say about my hair (i.e Frizzy, greasy, split ends) never really does what I want her to do to my hair, I ask for an inch or so off and always walk out with very short hair and seems to charge an extra £5-10 every time I go back! (The same thing i got done recently compared to a few months ago has gone from £38-55!) Also, whenever I book an appointment for the following week and set a time and date she writes it down and when i turn up she looks surprised like she never expects me, whilst seeing to someone else during my appointment slot! I think I will be trying other hairdressers in future.

Wonderful customer service - brilliant haircuts
One of my friends recommended Elle-Nora to me - I've had my hair cut there a couple of times and each time it was done brilliantly and in the exact style i asked for. The lady there is v friendly - also does waxing, threading for great prices (including bikini waxes for the ladies!!)
