A little bit about what you can expect

At Elvina's Ostoepathic Clinic, my aim is to treat you by creating a calm relaxing atmosphere and allowing you to relax while haveing your aches and pains seen to. I treat a range of problems from postural aches and pains to sports injuries and tension headaches.

I realise that the first visit to an osteopath is an scary or anxious time for a lot of people due to either pain or not knowing what to expect. I hope that in my website www.elvinas-osteopathicclinic.co.uk I can help to alleviate the anxiety associated in what to expect. At the treatment I do what I can to make you more comfortable and am happy to answer any questions that you may have.

In that first appointment a case history will be taken and from there a treatment plan will be put together for you and the first treatment carried out if it is appropriate for you.

I also use Cranio-Sacral treatment as an additional therapy which helps to treat more deep seated and long term problems

I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and am also a member of the British Osteopathic Association.

I also work using Cranio- sacral techniques which are extremely genlte and yet effective. This methodology makes the treatment even more widely acceptable for babies, young chlidren and even the very elderly or infirm.
