Worst Customer Service Ever
I downloaded a manual for my Daewoo Nubira, which is not an easy manual to find. Everything went well, I paid, downloaded it, and it worked. The problem started when I noticed a few of the pages were missing. I contacted them at least 6 times and each time I would receive one or two responses then nothing. I gave them all the info they wanted and still nothing. Worst customer service I've ever seen. The manual was actually pretty good, but the service is deplorable.

TOTAL waste of time. Manual was more than 11Gig. Then a mess. Remote enters (without warning) your computer and in my case didn't resolve anything. Cannot rate them on any point - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH and a WASTE of TIME! I have to give starts in order to publish!

what a pile of tosh and a rip off, item doesn't work there are no support or contact details no company phone number and a return address that bogus..... stay clear

After 4 attempts to download a manual and contacting customer service for assistance many times, I requested and got a refund through Paypal, this is what I received The fact is, your a dishonest person! You downloaded this no less then 4 times, including today at 12:52PM. Remember, what comes around goes around, and when something bad happens to you or your loved ones, please remember us! And since we don't want to hear from you again, we have gladly blocked your account and added you to our SPAM list! Thanks God for email filters hey! Good riddance!
