Emeline Hartley botched my face
I had eye filler done by this woman which she rushed due to an appointment mess up and I now have permanent stretched skin under one eye and told ME to buy expensive cream and it would go away,all lies, beware she may have sorted out celebrity faces but she has maimed me for life

Be warned, Emeline botched my face!
Emeline Hartley has completely destroyed my face. She gave me botox in my jaw line and masseter muscle and due to incorrect placement she injected Botox into a facial nerve which has paralysed my face. Not only is my smile wonky and my bottom left lip completely paralysed but my face is so tight it feels so uncomfortable when I smile or laugh due to pulling. I cannot eat properly as my mouth doesn’t fully open and I cannot talk properly due to being paralysed. My top set of teeth now protrude over my bottom lip due to the tightness and pulling which has given me a lisp when I talk. All my features have been altered on the left side of my face. Her aftercare is unacceptable, she has sent me hostile voice notes and messages and refuses to give me my money back. At the two week post treatment review she was extremely passive aggressive and refused to accept responsibility. I’m having to make a claim against her as she is not willing to accept responsibility or give me a refund which is appalling considering the damage she had caused. I’ve had two other doctors at 10 Harley street evaluate the damage and the cause has been confirmed to be incorrect placement of Botox into a facial nerve despite her adamantly claiming it’s due to Botox spreading. By Emeline claiming the Botox has spread she’s trying to avoid responsibility. I feel really let down, considering my results and disfigurement I really didn’t deserve to be treated like this. I spent £1,450 on various treatments and she has completely ruined my face and has not had any sympathy or offered to compensate me in any way, instead she has caused me more stress with her hostile messages and voice notes. She seemed so lovely at first but I know now it’s all an act, I feel so let down and devastated.
