Our lock broke the other day and we were locked in our apartment. I called Emergency Locksmith Norris Green because a friend had used them and like their service. The technician got to us in about 20 minutes. He replaced our lock and didn't charge us too much. This is a good locksmith service and I recommend them to anyone.

They were so nice and with a positive attitude
I called Emergency Locksmith Norris Green after locking myself out of my apartment yesterday night. Their guys came quick, changed the lock, clean after themselves and left me with a new per of keys and a big smile. They were so nice and with a positive attitude.

Their really good!
Very prompt, courteous service. Changed two locks with no problems and even made extra keys at no cost. Will use them again and will recommend them to others.

Technician was extremely fast at responding to my initial request. He had great follow up even when there was a mix up with my phone number which resulted in an unexpected delay. He came out to do the work and was professional, courteous and quick. Great guys to work with!

My elderly neighbor locked herself out of the house, and her family is vacationing that weekend. She knocks on my door looking for help. I found and called them for my neighbor... When I called, they estimated an hour to arrive. What choice do we have? Ten minutes later, I get a call that tech will arrive in 15 minutes. He had the door open in a minutes... Great Service! Fast Service! Thank you
