'Les' I think he was called was a really nice bloke who knew what he was talking about. Spent a good while looking properly at what damage had been done and talked me through exactly what needed doing. Other quotes were far higher, and 2 of the other locals barely even looked at my dint to assess the damage. My car came back looking like new, and he even polished out some of my other unrelated scrapes 'while the bumper was off' for no extra charge. My husband has also been to him and been impressed. Would def recommend.
