Ear piercing

My 11 year old had her ears pierced yesterday at Emmas by a lady called Andrea i signed a form & she explained to my daughter exactly what she was going to do wipe the ear put a mark on her ear where the earrings would go let her choose the earings (even found out the correct birth stone for her)& was honest with my daughter when she asked will it hurt?Andrea explained it was a bit like when someone stamps on your foot it hurts for a bit then its ok,then Andrea showed my daughter the marks on her ears asked her & myself if we were happy with the marks she even pointed out the slight different shape of her ears & how they would look,ready she quickly applied the earring in my daughters ear my daughter made a face Andrea asked if she was ok she said yer & asked her if it was ok to do the next one she nodded Andrea proceded to do the next ear,she screwed her face up for a few seconds & both were done,Andrea asked her if she was ok,yes ta she said just stinks a bit,Andrea then praised her & said what a brave girll well done & showed her what she looked like in the mirror,big smiles all round,would reccoment anyone who is nervous to defentely go to Andrea she advised calpol if needed & after care leaflet & lotion all from £10 inculding earrings pierceing & after care lotion this lady & her husband where so kind & reasureing (he let her choose a lolly) thanks so much to you both
