Our six strategic themes are: access to opportunities, agile working, the global marketplace, inclusive leadership, workforce representation and unconscious bias.

Research and campaigning: Our employer led research underpins our national campaigns. Our current focus is unconscious bias throughout the employment cycle.

Best practice advice and guidance: We provide expert advice and guidance covering a range of inclusion and employment topics, such as recruiting diverse talent, employee retention and flexible working, diversity and engaging at work, setting up employee network groups and understanding the law.

Employer led events: Members share their learning and network with other leading organisation at our roundtable discussions on current topics, employer led talks, conferences and seminars.
