Horrible place to work

Staff are very inexperienced immature liers top bloke there is the worst throwing punches in to your ribs then lies his way out of a Micky mouse court room pat structure is based on what job you do is totally rubbish I did four shifts on four off the man who did exactly the same as me was getting rise to £11-25 plus shift allowance I was offered 9-60 with half of my shift allowance exactly same job he no better or worse than me his face fitted new shift supervisor going in mortal 3 times while I was there driving machines around yard tried to send him home after sleeping machine for two hours for him to turn around and say top manger knows about it I'm ok the sleeps again all day there's alot more as well asking H.R for help not one single phone call back keep well clear only my experience and views
