We had to return a bumper which we had bought as it had been wrongly described on the website. End of Life agreed to refund the cost of the bumper and the postage but have only refunded the cost of the bumper. Despite numerous phone calls and verbal agreements, they have never refunded the £37 postage. We are out of pocket although they made the mistake.
