We are a ladies only fitness centre in Southend situated conveniently above the post office. We have two exercise circuits both take 30 minutes so ideal to fit in a lunch hour or come in before or after work. A growing band of women are keen to get fit and lose weight, but simply feel intimidated by the prospect of joining a large conventional health club. énergie fitness for women provides the perfect solution!
