very professional
I had mobility issues after hurting my back. Jessica conducted a through medical history check and was able to diagnose and treat my injury. She is very professional, listens to your concerns and is able to treat them accordingly. I am very happy with the treatment and service received.

my mobility has improved a lot.
I've been experiencing joint pain & limited movement. After my treatment with Jessica, my mobility has improved a lot. The knowledge Jessica has in her work, helped me to understand more about the muscle function, which has improved my day to day lifestyle.

I was able to stand up straight and walk without pain
My back was incredibly painful and I was struggling to walk. After seeing John for a few sessions I was able to stand up straight and walk without pain. I am now able to undertake normal daily activities without help.

Couldn't have been done quicker
Lower back pain - Looked, prodded, analysed and manipulated. No fuss no hassle and minimum sessions. Couldn't have been done quicker. To date no repetition but if it did then I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have gone to John for treatment over the years with problems related to osteoarthritis of the knee . The treatment and particularly the ongoing exercises have been invaluable in keeping me mobile and active. Hope to avoid a knee replacement!

The IDD treatment worked for me after several years of having severe back pain. I did my research and decided to try the Idd treatment and it did work though several treatments are required for better outcome. The clinic are reasonable in their prices and also experienced.

When I do my back again I know where I'll be going
Having had a back problem for many years I know what I can and can't do but can be a bit stupid at times and cause the problem to come back. When it does I'm stuffed. My previous osteopaths have all retired so I looked for a new one. John sorted it out in about 3 weeks with two visits a week as I was due to go on a long motorcycle tour. When I do my back again I know where I'll be going.

Very professional
I was one of John's very first patients and have received treatment for chronic lower back pain including sciatica and neck pain due to a severe whiplash injury. I highly recommend John as to me John is a miracle worker and as a result of his effective treatment I was able to care for my two young children as well as maintain excellent attendance at work.
