The origins of the Environmental Management Solutions Group Holdings Ltd began in 1983 when the Company, then trading as Fleetrest Ltd, was created to service the requirements of the thermal insulation industry. By the late 1980's Fleetrest Ltd diversified into the highly specialised asbestos removal industry and was renamed N. Jones Contracts Ltd. In October 1998 Ductclean (UK) Ltd was formed to service the requirements of the growing ventilation hygiene and decontamination industry. Together these companies have formed Environmental Management Solutions Group Holdings Ltd.

The EMS Group is one of the largest and most sophisticated remediation solution providers in the UK, with particular emphasis on the management and removal of asbestos management and remediation, ventilation hygiene and management, industrial cleaning solutions.

The EMS Group has now cemented its position as one of the market leading Contractors operating within its field. Through substantial investment, and a company culture that strives for 'best of class' practices, the Group has been at the forefront of both technical and Health & Safety driven advances within the Industry. As a member of numerous Trade Associations, including ARCA, ACAD, CHAS, Verify and HVCA, the EMS Group has amassed a wealth of industry expertise that has resulted in multiple Health & Safety awards and numerous quality accreditations.

These include client focused training courses to industries using the extensive in-house expertise available from our expert staff, in our state of the art training school, our Ventilation Management Program tool for managing the cleanliness of ventilation and ducting systems, resource planning software and many other innovative problem solving solutions.
