As you would expect, we place great importance on customer service but mistakes do happen from time to time. We have assisted several thousand customers over the last 5 years and I am pleased to say that these mistakes are very much in the minority. Short Term Leasing
Rang the guys to find out about leasing a golf for short term, filled out proposal form, heard nothing. Chased the girls, and got passed on to a lad. He didn't know what was going on and asked me to send another form across. Was accepted and was promised delivery on the Friday, Friday came and heard nothing. Rang and they said that there weren't any cars available and I would have to wait. Ended up getting my money back. FALSE PROMISES
