Liers and cheats

I wish I could give this company a minus 0 seriously shipped my stuff out with them thru a 3rd party company it was meant to be a 5 day door to door service and we are now in day 79 and still no stuff with the lack of communication from both ends of the world I wonder how these guys are in business after sending a 3rd party to find out what's happening as I'm not getting straight answers from Stephen Nicholls or anyone at TNT Pk I was shocked on my findings that my stuff was in storage costing me £60 per day which I was never informed and it's apparently clocked up nearly over £2000 plus in storage charges after emails and phone calls Mr Nicholls agreed to pay the storage charges and then went back on his word that's not good business I will be contacting bifa next you have really destroyed my confidence and you don't know what you have done to me emotionally and financially my stuff was for my new born child they was milk that we had to end up changing which we did not get after 5 days you have caused so much stress to my wife and me you are just a bunch of cowboys
