Adam has treated my many stress related ailments with immediate relief. He is an amazing sensitive practitioner who I would refer to anyone seeking alternative therapy. Adam is a truly gifted practitioner and I feel honored to have been a recipient of his treatments.

I have received reiki before, from experienced practitioners, but Adam is without a doubt the strongest reiki practitioner I have worked with - go check him out!

Adam gave me the most fantastic Tui Na for my neck and shoulder ache. The pain and tension was getting so bad I was developing headaches and having difficulty sleeping. I noticed an improvement after the first treatment, and long lasting results achieved after a series of treatments. My shoulder & neck are so much better but I still love seeing Adam for Tui Na for general wellbeing and relaxation.

I've had both reiki and tuina from Adam and have found his treatments to be very sensitive and powerful. He is a gifted practitioner who I highly recommend without any reservation.

I received Tui Na treatment from Adam for the early stages of a frozen shoulder which had been giving me some problems for a while. I had already received acupuncture and was advised that Tui Na would further improve my symptoms. After one treatment the difference to my shoulder was significant. I had much greater elevation and the pain I had been experiencing had been greatly reduced. I would recommend a treatment from Adam and plan to have a follow up.

I had a session of tui na massage for my lower back which has been bothering me for a while. Sometimes is bearable and sometimes is bad, hence I decided to get treatment. Adam gave me a wonderful massage, i thought he was very sensitive and it didn't hurt which sometimes i found with other masseurs. At one point, his fingers were vibrating into my spine like fire and my whole body felt very warm and relaxed by the end of the session. I definitely recommend him.
