Good selection of lighting but dreadful service. We opted for the home lighting advice "service" for which we had to pay £117.50 up front. The agent arrived over an hour late and not much advice was given. We made another appointment at the shop to view specific fittings and he never arrived! At least our money was refunded. A disappointment all round.
