Esposito Mclean is a well established design practice providing a friendly and comprehensive range of services for all types of building projects.
We offer a complete range of design services for all types of building projects.

We work closely with our clients through all phases of the design process. Our clients benefit from our years of experience within the construction industry, where we have built up relationships with Local Authorities and local builders.

We are located in offices in the village of Fordham on the outskirts of Colchester. We utilize the latest computer aided design (CAD) software to prepare all our drawings to ensure quality & accuracy.

We are a LABC Partner Scheme. Working with Colchester Borough Council Building Control Department to help eliminate unnecessary delays and speed up the process leading to formal building regulations approval. This provides a much more efficient process, saving the time and money for our clients.
