At Essentia Counselling and Psychotherapy Caroline offers a range of proven models of therapy to individuals, young people, teenagers and couples who are facing confusion and concerns and who want an established professional to guide them.

She is a full member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy - BACP and holds a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. She is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming - NLP, and is a member of the International NLP Trainers' Association. She has many years of successful experience of helping people by using Counselling, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching, and Hypnotherapy and purely as a Support and Mentor.
