In 1996, Liz completed her massage training with a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and founded Essential Massage in 1997


Since then she has gained qualifications in numerous massage and alternative therapies and now offers a wide and varied range of treatments


Liz uses a holistic approach to her massages which means treating you as a whole person and not just a collection of symptoms
