Helped me get exercising - and keep going!
I was pretty overweight when I first contacted Paul, and I had also been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I'm not keen on going to a large gym so a personal trainer and private studio were perfect. Thanks to a regular programme and some diet advice I have shifted weight (about 20lbs and still more to go...) and got my blood pressure down.
