Extortionate/Poor service/Avoid

First of all difficult to get appointment. Procedure - Call office who then has to call electrician to call you. Then wait for days for call that never comes. Then call office again then wait again as electrician numbers can't be given out. Received call to be told only Friday available is in two weeks wait again no confirmation by email. I called a day before to confirm to be told appointment can't be achieved as mistake had been made in diary. Found prices to be extortionate and not transparent in other words rip off. After electrical report had to wait for quote by email which came in at £950 no price transparency at all. Made a couple of calls and got quoted nearly half price two both Reputable electricians MWP one Mr Electric been. Who done the work the only a day after. When I asked Andy why are EST so expensive only answer he had was we not in the market for been cheap. I would highly advice to avoid this company as they just want to make up a price and overcharge you.
