Many months of work have gone into developing this website and we have endevered to provide a site that is informative and easy to use.

Whether a new or existing customer simply chooses the product(s) you wish to purchase; then add them to your basket using the 'BUY' button.

Items placed in your basket will stay there until you have finished shopping. You can then proceed to the checkout.

You can view your basket at any time by clicking on 'view basket.’ You may wish to add more items change the quantity or review the total amount spent.

Once you are happy with your order you can proceed to the Check Out by clicking on the 'Check Out' button within the ‘my Basket’ screen.



If you are a new customer then you need to register with us before you can place an order. (Once registered with us subsequent purchases will be faster requiring only a user name, password & payment details).

Here you will be required to enter your address information along with your payment details and delivery information.

Please take extra care when entering your details.

Once you have entered all your details and you are happy and ready to proceed with your order, click the 'Confirm Order' button. This will take you to a secure payment server.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order/payment confirmation e-mail.

Your purchased items will be dispatched for delivery within 48hrs, providing orders are received prior to 3:00pm Monday to Friday. (items ordered Friday after 3.00pm will be dispatched Monday for 48hrs delivery).



If your item(s) is temporarily out of stock, your order will be placed on back order and you will be notified the details relating to the delivery status of that order.



Unfortunately Etek Computers only delivers to Mainland United Kingdom at the present.
