Absolutely shocking service. Van hired for a weekend and was quoted £20 for the extra insurance. When this was finished and van returned I was then charged £68 and provided with no invoice. I have contacted to query this and it has taken over a month and a half to achieve any real response which has just basically been tough luck. I will never use them again and would strongly recommend against it.
