So originally they phoned up my father to say they had a representative in the area (I submitted a request through Facebook a while a go I believe) and dad decided to let them come round to price the job. Anyway the guy who came was really nice, no issues with him really, he was courteous etc, we live in a town house, and wanted basic windows and doors that are secure and didn't have any draft like our current one, he measured all up, showed us the windows and the book for the doors, we picked a door which we liked and he gave us a price, he then phoned the office a further two times and got a price reduction each time and got the figure down to just over 7k all in Inc fitting etc. We said we would take the weekend to think about it, as they came around Friday evening. Come Saturday morning my dad had another call off the company (a different guy) asking how we got on, what he thought of the representative and proceeded to say when he was ready to make a decision to proceed to call him directly rather than the representive and he would do an even better price. Dad called the representative as he didn't like the thought of him being undercut and he (the representative) then spoke to the office as he hadn't provided the price he quoted at that stage apparently, then came back to us and quoted 7k all in. We then decided to go ahead with that and it was arranged for him to come Monday with relevant paperwork/contract, at this appointment we went through everything again, what we wanted and again asked if this Including the scaffolding (we have had several quotes, some will do it without others wont) and again we were told this was included. On the document provided (contract) not everything would fit in the box provided to draw the windows and doors in we wanted as there was not enough space, which is true on the document provided and we were told the surveyor would take everything down when he comes, we just had to give him the paperwork provided. I paid the deposit and signed. He called the surveyor while with us and arranged for him to come the following Friday and said he would call to arrange a time but was aware we would like an evening appointment. Come Thursday evening around 5 we had no call to confirm a time, so text the representative stating that and he said he would call them and ask him to call us. Anyway they surveyor then called an hour after arranging a time however would not do the evening. It was arrange for around 10am and my dad asked if it was okay for me (his daughter) to deal with it, as he had work as it was a nice day (ironically hes a window cleaner) however was told he would have to be there, so then had to take this time off work. They surveyor came and done his job etc, and then almost a week later, well yesterday to be exact we had an email to confirm when the work would be starting with a contract number, so I have now booked that time off work. However my dad then received a phone call today stating that they were cancelling the order, my dad asked why to then be informed it was severely underestimated by the rep, he asked how much and was told by at least 5k which didn't including the price of the scaffolding either. He asked how it was possible to underquote by that much to be told that the bloke they sent out was an idiot and he'd been called in to be trained twice and still not grasping and told my day that he was being sacked today (the rep) No renegotiation of price or anything just that it was going to be cancelled as they could not afford that amount of loss. Obviously my dad put his case forward but fell on death ears, they were note prepared to renegotiate. My dad then called the representative later this evening and he was not aware of anything, hadn't been sacked as the Joseph guy had told my father this morning. Which I find very unprofessional that 1, you would tell a customer first that you are sacking someone, rather than your own staff member or 2, that you lie to potential client about it. Still sat here waiting for the deposit to be returned. I would seriously not recommend this company due to their incompetence, unprofessionalism and breach of contract and would recommend giving this company a wide birth. As a window cleaner and myself being in conveyancing, we will not be recommending and telling everyone to avoid.

after having gutters and facias done by them 3 years ago,have been constantly pestered with phone calls for further work.asking, shouting and screaming at them has made no difference.after adding a further bad review on trust pilot when the phone calls started again,they threatened me with legal action for carrying out a hate campaign against them!Im 73 and disabled,I have never come across a more disgusting and appalling company in my life.stay well away.

Had windows installed.they were prompt polite and efficient.problem occurred when the sale team started to push for us to have more work done when they were told it's not needed several times then not so polite!!!.problem again when trying to get them to fix a problematic window!!! Not sure if I would use them I guess it's who u get really.

No sure what all the negativity is regards this company, we've been using them for years for a Conservatory, Windows, Porch, Doors, Guttering and even my roof on my man cave. Apart from a large amount of tea drank by there fitters, these guys are great. great products cheaper than the leading national brands and local. We've just ordered a new bay window which was £900 cheaper than the others, and its being fitted on Tuesday. Can't complain at all, don't fall pray to the so call bad reputation.

Also be warned you will be mithered to death by these guys for more sales, I ended up screaming at them to “ for gods sake leave me alone “ sadly hasn’t worked. And some of their sales talk was nothing more than tongue twisting tricks. Give them a wide berth, would NOT recommend

Caller knocked on my mothers door despite no cold callers signs on Windows and doors. He was pushy and pressured her. But... On the upside he said he couldn't give her a quote without her husband present ( he passed away a few years ago!) She eventually gave him my number just to make him go away. Within hours I had received multiple missed calls from this company. We will be getting her new windows in the future but won't be asking euro seal after this experience. If she had not had this caller we probably would have looked them up in our local phone book for a quote, so they have lost business.

Had a quote from euro seal just to find out what sort of price it costs to replace windows. BIG MISTAKE! Phone calls constantly since then even after telling them every time we do not want windows replaced and please do not call again. This funding scheme is utter bull@@@@ too even one of their guys told us that! Even when it's time for us to replace the windows the last place I'd give my money too is this place so jog on euro seal I'M NOT INTERESTED!!!!

They keep phoning, even after been told many many times I am not interested. Have read similar problems happening to other customers. Do not use Do not give them your phone number. Asked them to stop phoning but they keep phoning very childish. Obviously no one is going to order with them after all their pestering.

I have just placed my fourth order with Euroseal, after having all of my windows replaced over the past few months. Not only am I delighted with my new windows, I am also very pleased with the service that has been provided by everyone I have had dealings with. The representative that I signed the orders with was very professional. The surveyor came out shortly after my order was placed and he answered any questions I had. I must also mention that the ladies in the office have been very friendly and patient with me on the many occasions I have had a query. The people at the finance company have also been most helpful. I am confident that I used the correct company for the job! I would definitely recommend Euroseal Windows to anybody looking for a professional service and finish.

not only do they fit windows and door exceedingly badly with screws that rust n rot .window that you can hear the traffic through. patio doors that may as well be open there's that much of a draft all around (there solution is foam filler , not take them out and do it properly) but they will constantly and I mean CONSTANTLY HARASS YOU TO SEE IF YOU WANT ANY MORE WORK DOING.we were stupid in having them first time ,do you honestly think we would have them back again.Nothing we do has stopped them from HARASSING US. We have been polite ,All i can think is that they are so short of customer that they have time on their hands.DO NOT USE THEM..DO NOT USE THEM.DO NOT USE THEM,UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED.

Just writing to say how pleased we are with the doors we have had fitted. The fitters were professional, polite and hard working. We have no complaints about them at all. When we have our windows fitted, we shall definitely be using Euroseal. We have had a few telesales calls since the job was done, but I called the office and asked for this to stop. I was told that my number would be blocked, and we haven't received a call since. Overall, we have found Euroseal to be very recommendable!

I am very pleased with the windows that I have fitted, the build quality is excellent and so far they seem to meet all the criteria required of double glazed, energy efficient windows. Next winter will prove this to be true even more no doubt! Lee & Darren are excellent fitters, arriving early to commence the job and simply getting on with the task in hand, no timewasting which I have often experienced before with other tradesmen. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned up and left everything spotless. Very professional people, always pleasant and polite. I would recommend them to anybody. Well done! I would also have no hesitation in recommending Euroseal to other people.

I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the windows installed by John and Paul. The windows (particularly the large bay) look fabulous, and the front door and side panel have given the bungalow a real face lift! The guys did a first class job, they never stopped It was fast, efficient and effective. They were a delight to have on the premises; despite inclement weather conditions John and Paul were cheerfully chirpy, singing along as they worked - I quite enjoyed the serenading! I would like to congratulate your company on the efficient way in which our doors and windows have been replaced by your fitters Chris and John. They have been courteous throughout, with a work ethic and attention to detail that was a pleasure to witness - whatever it is you are paying them it is not enough! These days double glazing companies can have a poor reputation, being all lumped together in our conciousness as fly-bby-night outfits that are only after a quick buck. I must say our dealings with Euroseal have completely been at odds with that reputation, from the initial sales enquiry through to the completion of the job, and I will have no hesitation in recommending your products and services to my friends and family - in fact I have already done so. I have had my house fitted with new doors, windows and fascia, soffits and guttering. It looks like a new house - only better. Extremely happy with the fitters who completed the job, very happy with the service I have received from start to finish. I must admit I did receive a few telephone calls after the installation had taken place to see if I wanted any more work done, but after I rang the office and explained that everything that could be done, had been done, the lady said that she would get my number taken off the call system, I have not received a single telephone call since then.

I have received constant phone calls from this company since the beginning of the year promising that they have funding to buy my old windows and provide new windows in 2013 when they open a new shop locally. I spoke to a salesman on 04/04/2012 and he questioned why i had not answered the phone every time they called which I found intrusive. I finally agreed to a home visit and made it clear that I would allow my windows to be measured only. I changed my mind overnight and when I received a phone call today to check on the visit I told the person I did not wish to carry on with the visit and I did not want any further contact with them. I was told that I would be upsetting the salesman and I did need new windows! I have never said this in any conversation with them and am quite impressed that they could decide this without seeing them! I would strongly advise anyone who receives any phone calls from them to make a flask to have a drink while they are on the phone as they are determined to keep people on the phone and pester them into agreeing to a visit!

I have had several jobs done by Euroseal over the past 12 months and would just like to say how pleased I am with their work. I am thrilled with the quality of the products and the service I received. We did get a couple of sales calls after our last job, but I explained that we wouldn't be getting anything else done for a while and they haven't called since. I have been pestered constantly over the last few weeks by Euroseal, who turned up at my door despite living in a NO COLD CALLING zone (which I have reported to trading standards by the way). I made the mistake of giving them my mobile number and since then I have been constantly pestered, appointments to come out have been booked on my behalf several times despite me saying I am not interested. They are incredibly rude and last time they rang and told them I didnt want windows the man on the other end actually slammed the phone down mid conversation ....hardly a great way to advertise themselves. Any further phone calls and I shall be reporting them for harassment.

Just a brief note of thanks for Euroseal's careful creation and fitting of our new doors and windows recently installed. John and Paul the fitters were an excellent team and real ambassadors for the company; they worked quickly and efficiently leaving no mess and all the windows and doors sparkling and clean!! The composite door in particular looks really good: we had had some reservations earlier as we didn't have a chance to see a close up photograph of exactly what it would look like, and I have a particular aversion to the grain of patterns on the ordinary plastic doors. This however, has the grain patterns running exactly as they should along each cross rail for a wooden door. If you'd like a picture of it for your future sales - it DOES LOOK GOOD!! Very pleased with the company and will deal with them again in the future should I need to.

After pushy salesman lied about there price match scheme, my pensioner mother signed the contract. Needless to say they dragged their feet and went over the 30 day period to stop her from exerising her price promise. Complete conmen, reported to consumer direct and trading standards. Would recommend to NO-ONE. I am about to start a facebook page so that all unsatisfied customers can get together for action against these conmen

After reading mixed reviews about Euroseal, I was a little hesitant in contacting them. However, my neighbour had been very pleased with the service he received and so I called to ask for a quote on my windows and doors. The salesman was very friendly and professional - not using any pushy sales techniques I was half expecting. Yesterday I had my windows and doors fitted and my wife and I are delighted with the results. We have found it to be a pain and hassle free experience. I will certainly be recommending Euroseal in the future.

Had EuroSeal come over last night and Salesman was there for two hours, I live in a Semi Detached House with 2 Bay Windows and 11 Windows in total. After being told initially that the price would be 13k, I was then advised that there is a special in June / July that would knock the price down to 9,384 - Salesman called his manager to see If there was anything they could do and presto price was down to £7,800. I said I could not afford that and when the manager called Salesman back he said that If i went for the deal without getting another Quote (i.e. Sign there and then) then EuroSeal could do it for 5k.... 5K is an amazing deal the Frame was B and the glass promised was A. I did not go for the deal as still would like a second Quote but they are able to go very low ;) Salesman was very nice as well and didnt want to waste anybody's time.

Contrary to the other reviews on this page, I have a different story to tell albeit not in relation to the telesales aspect of this Company. If you are reading this then you probably have the same trepidation that I had when starting down the road of selecting a reputable and reliable conservatory provider in terms of quality, service delivery and price being well aware of the horror stories surrounding this type of market. I wanted a conservatory that would incorporate an existing out building with the intention of converting it to a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. I also had the addition problem of the construction having to take place on "built up" ground. Members of my family are in the building industry and they warned me of the dire implications of inadequate planning and substandard service if the project was not correctly assessed and executed. To compound my particular issues, it was apparent that I would have to have a double pitched roof to take into account the peculiarities of property. I contacted several potential local suppliers for a quotation, during this process I took control in terms of not being "bullied" or talked into anything that I did not want!!! Two Companies came and looked at the work required and declined because in their own words "it was too complicated"!! I then approached Euroseal for a quotation and after clearly setting the "ground rules" with "Steve" (the Salesman) an appointment was made which was duly kept. My approach was such that I made it clear that if I felt intimidated, bullied or disrespected at any stage - the door was the only option. I needn't have worried as I found him to be courteous and professional throughout. After my initial enquiry, Euroseal sent their Surveyor round to assess the work (Mike) who immediately raised all the issues (without prompting) that could be of concern. Not only did he consider and address all the problems, bearing in mind my previous comments, he instilled a great amount of confidence in me with his knowledge and approach. I suppose it was Mike that really "sold" Euroseal to me. After negotiating on price, I was happy but still cautious to place the order. Oh boy!! Am I glad I went with this Company, the builders (Danny and Mate), the fitters, tilers, plasterers and electrician have been brilliant. Appointments and promises kept (a small wonder in this day and age) and each and every single one of them have produced a superbly finished piece of the jigsaw to make my conservatory complete. It has exceeded my expectations with the after sales service being absolutely excellent. I, as a result of my work, come into daily contact with many many Subcontractors in the Facilities Management business, if they had the same work ethic as those employed by Euroseal, my Company's profitability and reputation would soar. Finally, I was so pleased with my conservatory, I have recommended them to a friend who has since enjoyed the same level of service an professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending them to the readers of this review site.
