Sad to say I had the worst customer experience I've ever had from anyon, any company, any where, ever! I had some bad experiences and the boss asked to see a list so I sent one, instead of addressing them, he excused (lamely) each one and then ended by saying so obviously I wanted to cancel the contract and took away my car deliberately to cause as much inconvenience as possible. I wanted some support to address some issues before taking a new contract - thank god they did mess me about for 5 months and that I didn't sign up for anything new with them or I might have been stuck with a bunch of churlish excuse based people who are either (1) incompetant or (2) very good liars. Must be one or ther other - can't quite tell which though. Avoid at all costs
