After ordering flowers for a funeral to be delivered direct at a value of £35 and choosing from a brochure. The flowers that were delivered were like a cheap bunch from a petrol station. I called to advise and was promised a call back, this never happened. Safe to say I will not be going back. I have also spoken to one other person that had exactly the same experience. Because I did not get a call back I don't know if it was a genuine mistake or they have hoped to get away with it due to them being delivered direct.
