Evolve Self Defence provide Children Self Defence classes in Southampton for Kids and Teens.

Evolve is a Southampton-based Self Defence club for Kids and Teens, designed to teach 5 - 16 year olds how to defend themselves and others, whilst having fun at our weekly energetic classes. Based on the Reality Self Defence Concepts (RSDC), we offer realistic self-defence training to children, in which they will experience a mashup of concepts from key martial arts disciplines including Krav Maga, Filipino Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Thai Boxing, and be given guidance on how to apply them to real-life situations by an experienced instructor.

• Empower children to defend themselves against danger and conflict.
