New ceiling
Old lath and plaster ceiling needed replacing. Excel did a brilliant job of removing old coving, old unsafe plaster and then rebuilding new ceiling below with excellent plastering and finish. Michel was friendly, polite and helpful throughout. Great attention was paid to sealing the remove to minimise dust spreading around the house and diligent cleaning up afterwards.

Brilliant work
Michel came to overboard and then skim over the horrid stippled Artex on our bedroom ceiling. It was a two-day job and he did it superbly. It looks amazing. All the carpets were protected (including on the stairs) and the room was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. We could not be more happy and are already arranging for him to come back and do some more work for us.

"The best plastering we've ever seen"
Michel is a friendly, hard-working and efficient plasterer. He gave us all the time we needed when scoping the job and giving us a quote and made sure we knew time frames, what was needed in advance etc. The quality of his work is why you want him though. The finish in every room is exceptional, we as non-tradespeople were impressed but the seal of approval came from a family friend who's been in the trade for 50+ years and called it "the best plastering we've ever seen". If you want a job done well, choose Michel.

Excelplastering - Superb Job
Michele did a superb job at extremely short notice and worked very quickly and thoroughly. He communicated the technicalities of what the job required so we could understand, and produced out of a very uneven and broken bathroom surface a plaster finish of marbled consistency and straightness. His price was extremely reasonable and he worked without stopping to get the job done in a day. He is exceptionally skilled. The place was left spotless and he gave us useful advice on decoration. We will not hesitate to use him again. Amazing!

Highly Recommended Plasterer
A fantastic, professional and friendly plasterer. I cannot praise Michele any higher. We had three artex ceilings smoothed down along with a hole in one of the ceilings fixed. Completed to an incredibly high standard in just two days - and once finished you would not have been able to tell any work was carried out the place left immaculate. A couple of the ceilings were already done before we moved in and the quality of Michele’s work compared to whoever did the other ceilings is huge in quality. We will definitely be using Michele again in the near future and most probably to sort out the work of the previous plasterer. Would certainly not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a plasterer!

Great job!
We’ve used Michel 3 times now to plaster most of the internal walls/ceilings in our house. As always he’s done a first class job. Can’t recommend him enough.
