Glad to be back... i was not disappointed
After many years absence, I have returned to Exclusive Hair Design today [my tame hairdresser finally hung up her scissors in may] My sense of loyalty was not misplaced. Polite staff, remembered and treated me kindly, I am reassured that this is not an over-glamourized product-pushing premises with an inflated sense of self-importance, but a down-to-earth, clean and tidy set-up. I have not had to take a mortgage to afford an excellent haircut... How much would you like taken off today? Fifteen Years please... Well done, You've made an older lady feel very happy. Much appreciated, thank you.
