NIGHTMARE

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish!!!! Non-communicative (they never return your phone calls), extremely rude and arrogant when you ring to ask them to carry out simple repairs. I waited for 10 months for them to repair the extractor fan. When I moved out, it still had not been repaired. They left me with water running from the ceiling for 5 days, then repaired the roof and left me with a hole in my ceiling for the next month!!! I had reported that the roof was leaking 6 months earlier but they said they would not do anything until there is a damp patch on the ceiling!! Then I had to wait over a month for my bond (I phoned them 3 times regarding this) whilst their contract states they should return it within 10 days. I would never ever rent from them. I would rather be homeless. My rating is less than 100 but there is no facility on this website to reflect it.
