Kept our bond money
I was extremely disappointed with this agency . I thought they assisted tenants as well as the landlords. We did not EVER received our bond money of 425 pounds. The house was left clean and with all bills paid! We live in Australia so it was easy for the Agency to ignore us! Still waiting for that bond money!!!!! We would never use them again!
