Booked a cab through their website and received email confirmation. Price was too good to be true at £40.00 to Gatwick. On the day no body arrived as booked and upon calling them was told ' I haven't received an email and I have no drivers'!!! Not what you want to hear when you need to be at the Airport. Made no difference I had email confirmation to him whatsoever. Contacted Image Cars who came to the rescue immediately - will not use again and will advise everyone else of the same!
