Was left waiting.
I rang and aranged for a car to pick me and a group of my friends up after a night out. The car was suppose to be outside the restaurant at 9.30pm, but arrived at 9.50pm. Had it not been for the restaurant, or if we had been stood outside waiting in the rain, my rating may have been slightly lower, but apart from losing some of my valuable time, the experiance has not left me "traumatised", but in future I think I will choose someone else.
